Relax Kids
Relax Kids gives children the tools and techniques to help them feel more in control of their emotions. In this session, we will explore the following seven steps: Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe, and Relax. Together, we will: Relax our bodies through gentle movement and playful activities, enjoy gentle stretching and massage in our pairs, practise deep breathing exercises, build confidence with positive affirmations, unwind with calming meditation and relaxing music, take part in some mindful crafting activities
Please note:
This programme is designed for children and their parents/guardians to attend together. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the workshop.
Registration is required for the accompanying adult only — there is no need to register children’s details.
