A workshop on how food and eating habits can affect our mental health and wellbeing in both positive and negative ways with Shirley Copeland.
Together, we'll:
experience a guided Mindful Eating practice using a variety of foods and; create a plan to eat well and get back on track when necessary. This will be followed by Q&A.
