During this session, you will be gently guided through a nature - based mediation that aligns with the current season, allowing you to reflect on your personal growth and intentions. Whether you are seeking to find balance, release stress, or simply take a moment for yourself, this session offers a sanctuary for your mind and spirit.
All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.

Facilitated by Sharon Roche, owner of Apricity Wellbeing. Sharon is a feminine form Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master & Teacher & has over 20 years’ experience of working in community building connection & fostering wellbeing.
