Taking place in Killarney Adult Basic Education centre opposite the library in Killarney. The session will explore and share the techniques that you already use for wellbeing and explore new techniques. It will also help you to find useful apps that can support you in mindfulness. We will also carry out a mindfulness practise session. Finally we will reflect on the experience.
