Teen Yoga
Teen Yoga includes yoga, movement, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques and a little rest in a non-competitive and non-judgemental space.
Some of the benefits for teens include - helping to reduce anxiety and stress, improving strength, flexibility and balance, building self-esteem and confidence. It also gives us a chance to spend some time away from our screens, allowing us to ‘switch off’ for a short time. No previous experience is needed.
