Have you wanted to try yoga but not sure it is for you? Are you aged between 13 and 18? Then whey not try out a free Teen Yoga class and give it a try! This free class will include some yoga poses, movement, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques and a little rest! Yoga is non-competitive and non-judgemental!
Some of the benefits you will experience from a yoga class are; it will provide you with tools to help reduce anxiety and stress, it will improve your sleep and it helps to build self-esteem and confidence. Physically it will improve strength, flexibility and balance. It is also a chance to spend a little time away from our screens, allowing us to ‘switch off’ properly. No previous experience or equipment is needed. Give it a go!
