Nurturing Wellbeing Through Menopause
At this transformative phase in a woman's life, it's more crucial than ever to prioritize self-care. In this workshop, we will talk about the hormonal changes going on during perimenopause and menopause. We’ll discuss navigating this journey with a healthy diet and lifestyle. We will also explore some of the benefits and risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). After discussing this, participants will be invited to form small groups to reflect on their habits and explore simple lifestyle changes that can enhance their well-being during this time of transition.
