The Listowel FRC in co-operation with the HSE Community Work Department are pleased to announce the return of the Well-Being in Parenthood. This event will include a number of guest speakers and information stands along with some light refreshments. Our guest speakers are Alice Moore (Lactation Consultant), Zodwa Lenihan (Peri Mental Health Nurse), Sheila Fitzgerald (Post Natal Depression Facilitator) & Breeda Hurley from Johnnys Cottage (a prominent social media figure) for a bit of light-hearted chat to close the event.
