Healthy Habits: How to Create and Maintain Healthy Habits

The 3Hs = Healthy Habit Habitat or how to create and maintain positive behaviours workshop will give the participants an opportunity for exploration of the benefits and disadvantages of their habits. It will also offer a space to reflect on how to become curious about the existing unwanted behaviour along with suggestions on how to effectively change it. The workshop will introduce the concept of the Habit Mapper as a simple and helpful tool in understanding how the brain works when it comes to behaviour modification.
