Mental Health & Ultra-Processed Foods: Reconnecting to What Truly Nourishes Us

Ultra-processed foods (UPFs) are everywhere, and research shows they can leave us depressed, depleted, and craving more. ● Drawing on neuroscience and food–mood research, Psychotherapist and Nutritional Psychiatry researcher Jayne Leonard will explain their health impacts – and why cravings aren’t simply about willpower. ● Roser Bosch (Rosie), Health & Nutrition Coach and Forest Bathing Guide, will share practical tools and ideas to restore balance by reconnecting with what truly nourishes our body and soul —be it real food, slowing down, meaningful relationships, or nature connection.
