A 2 hour journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, blending ancient practices for mind, body, and spirit. This workshop for Volunteers and Employees of Community and Voluntary Groups includes:
🌿 Deep Belly Breathing – Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system.
🧘 Yin Yoga – Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this practice stimulates chi (life force energy) flow in the body by targeting energetic channels (meridians) that hold emotions such as worry and overthinking. Through long-held postures, we gently release tension and restore balance.
💆 Essential Oils & Acupressure – Targeted relaxation using aromatic oils on key energy points.
🌙 Yoga Nidra – Also known as Yogic Sleep - A guided meditation to promote profound rest and inner peace.
🧠Mindfulness Teachings – Cultivating presence to feel grounded, balanced, and nourished.
🫶 Sound Healing - deep relaxation, mental calm & emotional release.
Come unwind, reset, and nourish yourself from the inside out. ✨ No experience needed—just bring an open heart open mind and a yoga mat.
