Forest Bathing is a gentle, nature-based practice that fosters calm and supports overall wellbeing. The term refers to “immersing yourself in the forest” with all your senses. This practice invites mindfulness and presence, and research highlights benefits such as reduced stress, improved concentration and memory, and enhanced immune function.
Guided by Roser Bosch, Forest Bathing Guide and Forest Therapy Practitioner, we will slowly walk and explore a small area of the woods, following simple prompts that encourage a deeper connection with the natural world. The meeting point will be the Ballyseedy Woods Norther Car Park (off the N21 road).
