Stress and anxiety are very common issues for everyone, regardless of social or economic status. It is essential, to understand reasons of those phenomenas and methods of managing own mind and body state. We will discuss basic information about stress, anxiety and panic attacks. And we will try different simple stress relief methods from psychology, yoga and dao practices (qi gong, tai chi…) .
